Description: Hand fabricated in sterling silver from 3/8" wide flat wire with a cast medical identification emblem and diabetes awareness ribbons. The medical identification emblem is colored with plastic resin. The ribbons are set with garnets. The back of the bracelet is inscribed with your medical information.
Dimensions: Available in various sizes. When ordering, indicate your wrist measurements.
